Cancellation

Reservations must be cancelled 7 clear days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation may be charged.

Child policy

  • Children from 12 years are considered adult for room occupancy.
  • Children no older than 2 years can stay for free.
  • Children between 2years  and 12 years get a 50% Discount.

Food & Beverage

Breakfast is served at 09:00- 09:30 Monday to Friday;

To give you a little lie in, Breakfast is served at 09:30 on Saturday and Sunday.  

We will do our best to accommodate any dietary requirements.

Travel information

Travel North from the Tower along the Promenade to the only roundabout at Gynn Square. Continue North on Queens Promenade, with the sea on your left, and take the third right turn (Just before Cliff's Hotel) into King Edward Avenue.

Important information

We do not cater for single sex groups, or stag or hen nights.  Over certain Bank Holidays and some weekends during the Illuminations we operate a minimum two night booking system.

Our triple rooms are available for a maximum of two adults and a child.  We do not cater for three adults in these rooms, without prior agreement. 

We now have 2 Family suites.  Each consists of 2 rooms with connecting door for Parent Privacy. 

We are a non-smoking hotel.  Smoking is not allowed in any part of the building.  Any guests found to have smoked in the bedrooms will have a £20 cleaning fee applied to the credit or debit card used to book the room

All damages must be paid for in full.  The person who made the booking is responsible for the cost of damage if the damage is caused by another member of the party.  This includes situations were extra cleaning is required

Where making payment by credit or debit card the card holder is giving permission for the proprietors to act as an agent for them.  This may also apply if the credit card number is used as a bond.  If guests leave before paying for damages, the full cost will be applied to the credit card used to make the booking.

By signing the hotel booking in form you are stating that you agree to the terms and conditions as stated here and in the hotel. 

.Parking

We have a limited number of secured car-parking spaces that are available at £3.00 per night on a reservation basis.  The streets around the hotel also offer free parking.  Most of our guests have no trouble in finding a car parking space.  

All special offers are subject to change and availability.

 

Children under 13 must leave the bar by 10pm and all children must wear day wear whilst in the bar area. Night wear is not acceptable.
